Bio
Una Morgan-Wolfe, 86, of Amarillo died Sunday, July 20, 2008. Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday in Memorial Park Funeral Home Chapel of Memories, 6969 E. Interstate 40. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. Una was born July 22, 1921, in Waco to Lee Ballinger and Annie Hardwick Stroud. She moved to Borger in 1927 and graduated from Borger High School in 1938. She married Wilson Morgan in 1938. Una and Wilson went on numerous campaigns for Christ all over the United States. They were married for 51 years before he died in 1989. She later married Homer Wolfe in 1992. He died in 2001. She taught women's and children's Sunday school classes throughout her life. She was most recently a member of Bell Avenue Church of Christ for more than 10 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and a sister. Survivors include two sons, Jim Morgan and wife Judy of Fritch and Terry Morgan and wife Joy of Cushing, Okla.; two daughters, Margaret Hooker of Amarillo and Jan Howard and husband Rick of Spearman; two stepsons, Terry Wolfe and wife Janet of Edmond, Okla., and Gary Wolfe and wife Sherry of Lubbock; 10 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
