Bio
Rosemarie "Rosey" was born November 4, 1939 in Tekamah, Nebraska, the daughter of Vayne and Marie (Mattson) Marr. She was a graduate of Tekamah High School and member of the class of 1956. In 1957 she was united in marriage to Bob Magill. To this union 3 sons were born. In 1968 she was united in marriage to Donald Brummer. To this union 1 son was born. Rosey was a dedicated employee of Washington County Mutual Insurance for over 40 years and remained with the company until the date of her passing. She will always be remembered as a caregiver to all those who were blessed to have known her. Rosey will forever be remembered for her baking, especially her brownies. If you ever visited her home you would never leave without a treat for later. Rosemarie "Rosey" Brummer age 85, of Blair, passed away Saturday June 21, 2025 at her home in Blair. Funeral services will be held Friday June 27, 2025 at 10:00AM at Reach Church, Blair, Nebraska. Graveside services will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday June 26, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair. Left to cherish her memory are her sons; Dan (Kathy) Magill, Dave (Diane) Magill, Doug (Tracy) Magill, Derek (Shirley) Brummer and stepson Britt Brummer, grandchildren; Bryce (Blair), Brooke (Brent), Breanne (Kane), Brigette (Jeff), Tanner, Jasmin (Jace), Cody, Maili, Chad (Kendall), Craig (Allie), Paige (Chris), Jayne (Jared), Adrianna (Ben), Austin, and Alexa (Cole), 31 great grandchildren, and nieces and nephews, Terri, Jimmy, Julie, Tommy, and Timmy Olsen. She was preceded in death by her parents, twin infant brother Daniel Lee Marr, infant brother Peter Rodney Marr, sister Janice Olsen, and husband Donald Brummer. Funeral services will be held Friday June 27, 2025 at 10:00AM at Reach Church, Blair, Nebraska. Graveside services will follow in the Holy Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be held Thursday June 26, 2025 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Campbell Aman Funeral Home in Blair.
