Bio

Steven was a foreman in a bedding factory in West, Texas. He was the son of Frank & Annie (Batla) Bacak. Cause of death was acute myocardial infarction due to arterio-sclerotic coronary artery disease. He died at Johns Hospital in Taylor, Williamson county, Tx.
