Funeral Services for Mary Jane Smith will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, June 12, 2025, at West Oaks Funeral Home. Interment will follow the service at Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Cumby, Texas. Mary passed away on Monday, June 9, 2025, at her home surrounded by her loved ones. Mary was born on September 1, 1940, to Goldie and Albert Millsap in the Tazwell Community. She married the love of her life, Kenneth Smith on August 2, 1958, in Sulphur Springs, Texas, he preceded her in death on December 7, 2024. Mary worked for many years at Jordan's Health Services as well as a homemaker taking care of her family. She was an angel even though she didn't have wings on earth, she has them now. Mary loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren. Mary was preceded in death by her loving husband, Kenneth Smith; parents, Albert and Goldie Millsap; brothers, Weldon and Junior Millsap and three sisters, Gertrude Brand, Louise Millsap and Margaret Ragan.
