The will of Robert B Smith was probated the 18th of Sept 1890 in Limestone County, Texas. His wife, Eleanor Amanda Graham Smith, was buried in this cemetery. There is no death certificate for Robert B Smith. His will was written in August 1888, Case # 628 Limestone County. He named Ellen Smith the executrix and she was to receive his property and personal wealth. If she had died before him his estate would have been settled as follows: Sallie Smith would receive 100 acres of the H. Hendrick survey formerly known as the old Cave Johnson place along with the dwelling, household and kitchen furniture, farm implements and stock. Sons, Richard and John would receive the remaining property. Daughter, Cynthia Smith, was to receive $5.00. Witnesses to the will: O. B. Beard and W. A. Hanna ∼ Robert B Smith married Eleanor Amanda Graham about 1857. Eleanor resided in Cleveland County, NC in the 1850 census as was Robert B Smith who was living with his brother Richard Berry Smith. They moved to Tishomingo County MS where Cynthia Alberta Smith was born in 1858 by 1870 they resided in Booneville, Prentiss County, MS and lived there in 1880 census and were in Limestone County, Texas in 1888-1890. Eleanor "Ellen" died in Waco, Texas in 1917 and her body taken the 28 miles to Kirk, Texas for burial. ∼ Cynthia Alberta Smith 9 Feb 1858 Tishomingo Co MS - 28 Feb 1944 Wheelock, Robertson Co TX; married Isaac DeLafayette Killough in Prentiss County, MS in 1879. Dr. Richard Lee Smith 9 Oct 1863 Shelby, Cleveland Co NC - 28 Sept 1938 Waco, McLennan Co TX; married Mamie Fay Robinson in Waco in 1898. Dr. John Jefferies Smith 4 Aug 1869 Booneville, Prentiss Co MS - 29 Jul 1948 Waco, McLennan Co TX; married Margaret Wheelis in 1890.
