Lee D. Sinclair of West Palm Beach died on May 9, 2001 at Good Samaritan Hospital. He was 92. Mr. Sinclair received his LLB from George Washington University in Washington, D.C. He served as a special agent in the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as Chief of the Packers and Stockyards Division in the U.S. Department of Agriculture, and as a trial attorney in the Federal Trade Commission. Following that, he was in the private practice of law for 15 years. He was a member of the Bar in the District of Columbia and the State of Michigan and was a member of the Federal Bar Association, the Royal Poinciana Chapel, The Beach Club, The Society of Former Special Agents of the FBI, The Pundits, and the English Speaking Union. Mr. Sinclair is survived by his wife, Charlotte Pool Sinclair, a daughter, Mary Sharp Dunning of Burlington, Connecticut, a son, James Sinclair of New Haven, Connecticut, two brothers, two granddaughters, and a great grandson. A Memorial Service will be held in Connecticut.
