Bio
Daughter of Otto & Josie (Hladky) Bauer. Married to Leonard Seifert on 6-5-1948 at Ravenna, NE. Lived in Ravenna; worked for A. Mike Klein Elevators as a bookkeeper, 1952-1957; worked as the assistant city clerk in Ravenna from 1972 to 1983. Activities: member of Ravenna United Methodist Church; served on several church committees, sang in the church choir and taught Sunday school; member of the Ravenna Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary and the Ravenna Railroaders Retirement Association for spouses. Survivors include her husband; son, Lon of Minneapolis; brother, Alvin Bauer and his wife, Bernadene, of Hazard; sisters-in-law, Wilma Barton of Ravenna and LaJune Anderson of Lancaster, Calif.; and nieces, nephews and cousins. Was preceded in death by her infant daughter, Jane Marie; and her parents.
