Frederick Strickrodt Obituary Frederick (JACK) Jackson Strickrodt, age 83 of Rives Junction, MI passed away on Saturday May 3, 2025, under the care of Hartland Hospice. Son of Frederick Jackson and Clara Gertrude Strickrodt, Born June 2, 1941, in Jackson, Michigan. Jack is survived by his wife of 44 years and Step-Daughter ,8 Grandchildren and 13 Great-Grandchildre. Jack is survived by 1 sister and many loving In-Laws, nieces, nephews, and cousins. Jack is preceded in death by his infant son; son Scott Jackson Strickrodt; step-son Richard Michael Townsend; father Frederick Jackson Strickrodt; mother Clara Gertrude Strickrodt (Nichols); and sister Marion Alvina Lawson. Jack graduated from Jackson High School and served his country for 20 years in the United States Army active and reserves. Jack worked as a salesman for many years at Murphy Trucking Company and Ford Motor Company and retired after many years of service. Jack was an avid sportsman of the Parma Outdoor Club. He also loved fishing, golf, hunting, racing cars, and outdoor activities. He especially loved mowing his yard. Interment will take place at Hillcrest Memorial Park 1425 N. Elm Ave Jackson, MI 49202
