PARENTS; PADDY WILSON FRALEY AND CLERCY WELCH/FRALEY Sarah Elizabeth "'Liz'' Franks, 71, of Redding died Wednesday at her home. No services will be held. Born Aug. 19, 1916, in Bradley, she moved to Shasta County in 1949 from Bakersfield. She was a bookkeeper for Tie and Stud Mill in Shasta County for seven years. -She is survived by husband Loyes "Bill" and sister Katherine Fitter of Bakersfield. Arrangements are being handied by Allen Dahl Funeral Chapel in Anderson.
