Bio

Betty was born to Charles and Mary Ostry Vlasak. She is survived by one son, Gary Cape; one daughter, Jan Lohmann; six grandchildren, Dan, Scott, Michelle, Chris, Ben and Jon; and three great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters. Betty was a nurse's aid at OSF Saint Francis Medical Center for many years. She was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church. Wright & Salmon Mortuary, Peoria, Illinois
