Valerian "Val" "Larry" James Bohaty, 90, of Lincoln, passed away March 15, 2025. Born October 1, 1934 in Abie, NE to James & Marie (Rerucha) Bohaty. Army veteran, worked for the USDA Soil Conversation Service. Member of Kiwanis for over 60 years. Survived by wife Darlene, son Gary (Paula) Bohaty, grandchildren Brianna & Carissa, daughter-in-law Rhonda Bohaty, grandchildren Noelle & Chloe, sister Rose Marie Kadavy, and nieces & nephews. Preceded in death by his parents, son Mark and sister Carol Lee Hoyt. Services 10:00 am Saturday (3/22/25) at Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home, Lincoln. Interment in Lincoln Memorial Park.
