Ruby Claudette Lewis, 83, passed away on March 3, 2025 at Whitney Nursing and Rehab in Whitney, Texas. A visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. Thursday, March 6, 2025 at Marshall and Marshall Funeral Directors in Whitney, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Friday, March 7, 2025 at Marshall and Marshall. Burial to follow at Bethlehem Cemetery. Claudette was born on December 10, 1941, daughter of Richard Forest and Edna Earl Martin and was raised in Hill County all of her life. She married the love of her life, Charles L. Lewis on April 5, 1957. Claudette was the best wife, mother, nannie, ole nannie, that we could have ever asked for. She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Charles L. Lewis; parents, Richard Forest and Edna Earl Martin; children, Richard Lewis and Ruby Robinson; and grandson, Dakota Sinclair
