Gloria Estelle Raupp St. Cloud - Gloria Estelle Raupp, 88, St. Cloud MN, died Thursday, March 31, 2022 with family members at her side. Gloria was born April 13, 1933, in Wheeling, Ill. Her parents were Joseph and Edith Hertel. Gloria married Leon (Bud) Raupp on April 29, 1950. She is survived by her children, David (Debra) Raupp of Waterford, WI; Terry (Roseann) Raupp, of Green Bay, WI; Tim (Carla) Raupp of Necedah, WI; and Rob (Lana) Raupp, Sauk Rapids, Minn.; her grandchildren, Adam (Erin) Raupp, Bekah Raupp, Nathan (Melissa) Raupp, Megan (Mike) Carrithers, Ben (Amanda) Raupp, Annie (Jon) Eiden, and Samuel Raupp; great-grandchildren, Cooper, Brynn, Paige, Logan, Charlotte, Jack and Clara. Gloria was preceded in death by her husband Leon (Bud) Raupp; her parents; her brother, Dennis Hertel, and daughter-in-law, Laurie Raupp. Gloria graduated from St. Patrick Academy, Des Plaines, Ill in 1949, having graduated at the early age of 16, due to her academic excellence. Gloria dedicated her life and took great pride in her commitment to raising her four sons and helping raise her grandchildren. She supported her sons' Catholic education by taking on part time work. She was an active volunteer in the Catholic church throughout her life. Her volunteer work including working as a teaching assistant and substitute teacher in a parish elementary school in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Gloria was an accomplished musician, playing the cello as well as singing at church events and weddings. She loved and excelled at cooking family dinners and entertaining friends and family. With her husband Bud at her side, they opened their home to entertain and host many business clients and their spouses. She enjoyed sightseeing and traveling all over the country. Gloria held strong beliefs, and always supported her family through all stages of their life. Friends may call at St. Peter Catholic Church, 435 High Avenue, Oshkosh, Wisconsin 54901, from 9:30 to 10:45 AM. Saturday, May 21, 2022. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 11:00 AM with the Rev. John Becker officiating.
