First to Becky Jane Shilling dau. of Dennis & Martha Patsey Munday Shilling, and had one child, Nancy b. abt. 1873 Lafayette Co., Mississippi, probably died Sevier Co., Arkansas. Second marriage: Lucy Tubb Ayers b. abt. 1867 d. 1888, probably in child birth with dau. Roxie Ann b. Jan 12, 1888 Sevier Co., Arkansas, d. Mar 20, 1978 Palo Pinto Co., Texas. Roxie m. Alfred (Alford) Morgan May 01, 1903 Ardmore Co., Oklahoma. They had at least 8 children. Wiley then m. the widow Margarite Elizabeth (Lizzie) Marsee/Morsee Jan 26, 1901 Ardmore, Pickens Co., that is now Carter Co., Oklahoma. Chickasaw Nation. Census show Marguarite had one child but none living. Wiley is son of John Isaac Tinney & Elizabeth Davis of Meriwether Co., Georgia. Wiley has a cousin with the same name and are very close in age who is buried in Alabama.
