Ohnoutka, 78 of Ceresco, NE entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, January 21, 2025 at her home. She was born June 16, 1946 in Omaha, NE to Leonard and Helen (Luks) Luft. She graduated from Amphitheater High School in Tucson, AZ in 1964 and attended Secretary School as well. She was united in marriage to Donald Ohnoutka on July 16, 1966 at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Weston, NE. She worked at Saunders County Health Department and Ernie's in Ceresco before retiring. Sherry was a member of Sts. Mary & Joseph Catholic Church in Valparaiso, NE. She enjoyed traveling, taking vacations with family and tending to her flowers around her home. She was a devoted grandmother who loved attending all her grandchildren's activities. Sherry is survived by her sons, Mike (Kelli) Ohnoutka of Wahoo and David (Wendy) Ohnoutka of Lincoln; grandchildren, Peyton, Brooke, Aaron and Adam; sister, Barbara (Eugene) Frana. She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Ohnoutka; parents, Leonard and Helen Luft; special parents, Robert and Elizabeth Henderson.
