Bio
Nita Gail Blake, 68, died at her Oklahoma City home on Friday, Oct. 18, 2013. She was born at OKC on Jan. 10, 1945, to the late Willard Lester and Frances Evelyn Baird Tucker. Nita was a retired nurse and avid quilter. Survivors include her husband, Brian, of the home; two daughters, Phyllis Boyd and Janet Brown; two sons, Leroy Culbreath and William Watts; 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; five sisters, Ruth Duncan, Carolyn Bowling, Carol Bonilla, Kathey Endicott, and Loretta VanBuskirk; and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by a sister, Leslie Dee. Visitation will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22 in the funeral home chapel. Funeral will be at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 23 at LifeChurch, 201 N.W. 178th St., Edmond. Arrangements by OK Cremation & Funeral Home, 2415 N. Walnut Ave., OKC. Private burial at Resthaven Cemetery, OKC.
