Therese Marie Caldwell Keller, beloved daughter, sister, wife, mom, Mimi and friend, passed away at her home, surrounded by family, on Saturday, January 4, 2025. She was born on April 11, 1958, in Peoria, IL, to Richard and Marleen Caldwell. She attended Holy Family Grade School, followed by Bergan High School, and graduated from Peoria Central High School. She earned a bachelor's degree in social work from Illinois State University. She then met the love of her life, Rob Keller, at the Poison Apple Club, when he asked her to dance, who she married on August 4, 1979. She was the proud mother of Christie (Sarah) Keller of Varna, IL, Robbie (Lesley) Keller of Varna, IL, Nikkie (Travis) Bogner of Toluca, IL, and Timmie Keller of Washington, IL. Also surviving are her brothers and sisters, Rick Caldwell, Julie Revallo, Mary Stephenson, Kathy Davis and Jenny Vonachen. She began her career working at the Children's Home and Guardian Angel. She then enjoyed being a full-time homemaker until she returned to work as a Paraprofessional at Henry-Senachwine Grade School for 18 years. Her passion in life was nurturing children. She was a teacher, Girl and Cub Scout Leader, CCD teacher, room mom, and coach. Her hobbies included her pets, reading, gardening, crafting, building puzzles. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Henry. Full obit in the Peoria Journal Star - Jan. 7, 2025 .
