Bio

Levi Sanders was named after Levi Lindsey Sanders of Van Zandt County, Texas, his first cousin twice removed, but he was always known as "Lee." He and his sister Modest Gale Sanders were twins. Lee served in the army in World War I and he was a carpenter by occupation.
