VISTA - Dorcas E. Long, 91, died Monday, March 19, 2001, at her home. Born Sept. 18, 1909, in Clark County Indiana, she lived in Vista for 28 years. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Long was preceded in death by her husband Harry Long, in 1991. She is survived by daughters Odelia Koller of Vista and Shelby Prosser of Greenwood, Ind.; brother William Snelling of Jeffersonville, Ind.; sisters Irma Bonner and Loretta Spencer, both of Alabama; and ten grandchildren. No services are planned. The family suggests memorial donations to Vitas Hospice, 8880 Rio San Diego Dr., Suite 950, San Diego, CA 92108. Telophase Cremations Society is handling arrangements.
