Obituary: Mrя. Verna Parry, wife of the late Charles M. Parry and daughter of Jesee E. Price and the late Jennie Kerns Price died at 4 p m. Wednesday. Dec. 30, at the General Hospital in Fairmont, W. Va. where she had been a patient for a short time, Death was due to complications caused by an infection in the arm. Mrs. Parry was born in 1876 in Princeton where she lived for a number of years. Later she moved to Bristoria, where she and her husband resided for many years, and her husband followed the blacksmith trade. Several years ago they moved to Metz, W. Va., where her husband died Jan, 6, 1941. She is survived by her father, Jesse E. Price, three sons and Iwo daughters, H. E. Parry, of Mannington. W. Va.; Gene Parry, of Little Genesse. N. Y.; Laddie Parry, of the U. S. Army, stationed at Fort McCoy, Wis.; Mrs. Ruby Spencer, of Mannington, W, Va : and Mrs. Virginia McQueen, of Cleveland, Ohio. Funeral services were held Sunday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ruby Spencer. The interment was In the Hibbs Cemetery on Hibbs Run.
