Bio
Kathleen was born in Dallas, TX. She spent her early years in South Oak Cliff and attended Adamson High School. She married the love of her life, Liston Waddle, through the friendship of his sister Kristi. Liston and Kathleen were married for 41 years. Kathleen enjoyed many years of riding motorcycles, traveling, and working side by side at WTR Inc. She loved traveling and spending time with her friends especially on cruises, lake trips, and with anyone that passed by with their tailgate down. Kathleen loved the sun and really enjoyed going to nice dinners all fancied up. Kathleen was blessed to be surrounded by family and friends especially the Owens' family who adopted her as their Boo-Boo. Kathleen was preceded in death by her parents Dorotha Ray Cowan and Albert A. Nelson, younger sister Patricia Nelson, son Zane Waddle. She is survived by her husband, Liston Waddle, Sister Jeanette Nelson, Brother Loren McRoberts, Sister-in-law Kristi Taylor and husband Chris, Granddaughter Tori Jacobson and husband Wade and their children Axton and Leddi, along with her adoptive family Rick and Joanne Owens, their children Brad and Kim Owens, Heather and Josh Fails, and Michelle Cranmer; Grandchildren, Tyler and Grant Owens, Kinley Allen, Wade and Grayton Fails, and Lilliana Greeson.
