Bio

Mrs. Clifford J. Baran of 1406 Jones St., Taylor, died in a local hospital Sunday afternoon. She was born December 30, 1942 in Taylor and had lived here all her life. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and the KJT Lodge. On March 15, 1959 she was married to Clifford J. Baran, who survives her. Other survivors are her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Eddie B. Hejl of Taylor; her grandmothers, Mrs. Theresa Kubicek and Mrs. Matilda Hejl, both of Taylor; one daughter, Cynthia Rose Baran of Taylor; one sister, Rebecca Hejl of Taylor; two brothers, Edward Hejl, with the U.S. Navy stationed in San Diego, Calif., and Floyd Ray Hejl, of Taylor. One sister Jeanette Hejl, preceded her in death. Services will be held Wednesday at 8:45 AM at the Condra Memorial Chapel in Taylor followed by 9:00 AM rites in St. Mary's Catholic Church with the Rev. Eugene Braden, the Rev. Arthur Michalka and the Rev. R. L. Mahoney officiating. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. Rosary will be recited at the funeral home Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7 O'clock.
