Celebration of life services for Wanda Davis Perkins, 90, of Mabank, were held May 20, 2024, at Calvary Baptist Church in Kaufman with Rev. Robert Webb officiating. Wanda Davis Perkins passed from this life May 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born Nov. 13, 1933, in Mabank to Jim and Lula (Baker) Davis. She grew up in Mabank and graduated from Mabank High School. Soon after, she met and married Charles Perkins in 1952 and was blessed with 56 wonderful years together. Wanda was one of the founders of Calvary Baptist Church in Kaufman. She was a licensed real estate agent and broker with Coldwell Banker in Kaufman. Wanda was loved deeply by everyone around her and never had a bad day. She loved to shop, loved the Lord and her family above all. Wanda was preceded in death by her beloved husband, parents and brothers J.P. Davis, Edwin Davis and Leonard Davis. She is survived by daughter Sandra Bingham and husband Ricky Lee Bingham, grandson Matthew Lee Bingham and wife Cares and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives. Pallbearers were Ricky Lee Bingham, Matthew Lee Bingham and honorary Timmy Lee Bingham.
