Joyce Mavis (Spencer) Czajkowski, 95 of Bremond, TX passed away on November 19, 2023 at The Parc at Traditions in Bryan, TX. She was born on May 30, 1928 in Armour, South Dakota to Herbert Spencer Sr. and Elsie Krsnak Ryznek. Joyce graduated from Oceanside High School. On September 26, 1948 she married Kie Carol Czajkowski in Oceanside, California. They were married for 57 years prior to his passing on May 20, 2005 and now they are reunited once again. Joyce was a homemaker, postal service clerk and a retired postmaster. She had worked for the US Postal Service for over 35 years. She lived in Bremond for over 65 years. Joyce was of the Roman Catholic faith and a member of the St. Mary's Altar Society. She never had an unkind word for anyone, always pleasant with a smile on her face. Joyce was a strong believer in faith and said the rosary every day. She was a role model to all for how to treat others. Joyce was a loving and caring person and will be deeply missed. Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, husband, brother and sister. A visitation will be on Friday, November 24, 2023 at Bremond Memorial Funeral Home from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm with a rosary to follow at 7:00 pm. Mass will be Saturday, November 25, 2023 at 11:00 am at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial will follow at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery Mausoleum
