Bio
Ray was a beacon of light and laughter in the lives of everyone who knew him. A lifelong electrician and member of IBEW Local 479, he was a true master of his craft. He was preceded in death by his mother, Jacquith Mitchell, father, Earl Massey, beloved bonus mom, Betty Jo Allen Massey, and former wives Cynthia and Michelle Massey. He leaves behind wife Marie Massey; children Kristen (Jon) Melvin, Lila (Joshua) Foux, and Grace Massey; sisters Linda (Arthur) Carter and Leta Massey; grandchildren Kyle, Malaki, Lillian, and Evelyn; ex-wife, Teresa Massey; special extended family Macy, Braden, and grand-baby Blair. Ray had a unique ability to connect with others. His mischievous sense of humor, quick wit, and knack for story telling will forever echo in our hearts. He believed that every moment was a chance to create joy, and that laughter was the best way to connect.
