'''''''''''''''''''''''''' The Democrat (Humphrey, Nebr.), August 2, 1895, p. 5, col. 3 Back to Platte. M. Lehnerz, for many years a prosperous tiller of the soil in Platte county, but for the past five months in Denver, has returned to Humphrey. While there were many nice things to be enjoyed in the metropolitan city, with an altitude of 4000 feet greater than us, Mr. Lehnerz says of Humphrey, "with all thy faults I love thee still." His daughters and one son are in Denver doing well. Jos. Lehnerz has unto himself another rib in the form of an accomplished bride. Joe is foreman on a large ranch near Denver, and considering his youthfulness and the short time he has been there he is to be complimented on all the good thing he has fallen heir to.
