Patsy Taylor Zabojnik passed away peacefully on September 05, 2024 in Ennis, Tx. surrounded by her loving family. Her last moment was listening to How Great Thou Art by Elvis, before she made her journey to heaven. She was born on May 28,1941 to Roy Raymond Taylor and Lula Mae Jordan Taylor. She married Victor G Zabojnik on June 19,1965 and they made their home in Ennis, Tx. Patsy had several jobs in the food industry but her most important role was Mom and Granny. She was a member of St. John's Nepomucene Catholic Church and a member of KJZT Society #16. She loved the Texas Rangers, Elvis, animals, listening to different genres of music and reading almost anything. Preceded in death by husband Victor, son John Paul, sister Barbara Pidgue, parents, in-laws, grandson Chris, great grandsons Jessie and Jr. The family would like to thank Bristol Hospice and Legend Oaks Health Care and Rehabilitation for their wonderful care of our mother. Visitation will be Wednesday, September 11, 2024 from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. with Rosary at 7 p.m. in the J. E. Keever Mortuary Chapel in Ennis, Texas. Mass of the Christian Burial will be held Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 10 a.m. in the St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Ennis. Interment will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery in Ennis under the direction of J. E. Keever Mortuary, Inc.
