1880 Census for Emma C. Burch Indiana Greene Center 305 shows parents Francis Burch 32 and Louisa J 32. Her parents moved to Missouri, died there and Emma was returned to Indiana See also Mary Elizabeth Burch Carmichael 1855–1942 West Union Cemetery Orrsburg, Nodaway County, Missouri. Mary was born near Bloomfield Indiana, moved to Missouri in 1882, and died there. Both Mary's and her husband's ancestors were from Greene County Indiana. This provides a link for the Burch clan, from Greene County to Nodaway The Burch's and Carmichael's likely moved together to Missouri to homestead.
