She was born on September 14, 1927, in Houston Texas to Atanacia Reynolds and Miguel Rios. She was married to Julius Ivon McNeely for nearly 50 years. Olga was a housewife, mother, and a caregiver. She is preceded in death by her husband Julius, known to many as J.I. McNeely or Mac, their son Gary McNeely,and her daughter in law Lynn,Michaels wife. Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Michael McNeely, Chris McNeely and wife Janyth. Daughter Lisa Kelley and husband Patrick. She has five grandsons, Gary David McNeely Jr. and wife Laura, Jacob McNeely and wife Kayla, Jonathan McNeely, Jason McNeely and wife Heidi and Wyatt Schoppe. She has four great grandchildren, Alexandria McNeely, Beau McNeely and Miles and Mayes McNeely.
