Timothy was born on August 10, 1953, in Salem, Ohio to Mildred Meece and Lawrence A. Meece. He had lived in Port Arthur for thirty-two years and was a self-employed upholsterer. Survivors include his son, Duncan Meece of Port Arthur; mother, Mildred Meece of Port Arthur; sisters, Laura Darby of Kingwood and Alexis Jackson of Sugarland, Texas. Cremation will take place at Haven of Rest Crematory in Bridge City, Texas.
