Obituary (from the Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow funeral home website): Faye Marie Watson was born to Harry Lane and Zora Self in McKinney, TX. She worked at Sears for a few years before marrying Ray Watson on March 31, 1947. Faye enjoyed reading, getting her hair done, working McKinney trade days with her husband and sister, and she loved to travel. She is survived by grandson, Chris Watson and his wife, Tonya of Valliant, Oklahoma; great-grandson, Micah Watson of Denison, Texas; great-granddaughter, Sydney Watson of Whitesboro, Texas; honorary son, Larry Hargis of Richardson, Texas; and many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Faye is preceded in death by her husband, Ray Watson; daughter, Pattie Watson; son, Kerry Watson; her parents, Harry Lane and Zora Lane; and seven siblings. A graveside service was held at 4:00 p.m., Monday, August 19, 2024 at Ridgeview Memorial Park, 2525 Central Expressway North, Allen, Texas 75013.
