Charles Juanita Rogers married Otis Junior Fregia on 8 Sept 1946. They divorced 7 Dec 1977 in Liberty County, Texas. She then married Claburn Lee Minchew on Nov. 23, 1983 in Liberty County. Her father was Charles Luther Rogers b. 1892 in Texas. Texas Birth Index 1903-1997 (Ancestry.com) says Charles and Myrtle Davis (married 1916 Nacogdoches County, TX) were the parents of Charles Juanita Rogers born Sept. 19, 1929 in Liberty County. I have not found any other information on C.L. Rogers.
