Michael William Boyle, aged 75, passed away peacefully on July 30th 2024, in Fair Oaks California after a short battle with esophageal cancer. Michael was born on July 28th 1949, in Reno Nevada, to Maxwell William Boyle and Virginia Louise McGuire. He spent his childhood and young adulthood in Covina California. He was a 1967 Graduate of Charter Oaks High School. In January of 1969 he joined the United States Air Force. He proudly served his country during the Vietnam war. He became an aircraft engineer achieving the rank of Sergeant during his four years of service. For the majority of his time overseas he served as a crew chief on a VIP aircraft that transported diplomats across europe. Some of his favorite stories to tell were of his time in Spain during his overseas tour. He was honorably discharged in January of 1975. He started dating his future wife Connie Marie Schutt in February of 1977. The two were quickly married on September 24th of 1977, in Huntington Beach California. Michael graduated from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut California with a bachelor's degree in pipeline design. He worked as an Designer in the engineering field for 28 years. Michael and Connie made a big move to Northern California in 1981, eventually settling in their dream home in Fairplay California in 1985. They later welcomed the first and only child, Mackenzie Elise Boyle on October 18th 1989. Michael was very outgoing and could make friends with just about anyone. He loved to make people smile and was always the first person to make a silly face in any picture no matter the occasion. His family and his pets were the two biggest joys in his life. He was a foodie who loved to cook and bake for his family. He is survived by his wife Connie, and Daughter Mackenzie. Family, Friends and all others are invited to Sacramento Valley National Cemetery, 5810 Midway Road. Dixon, CA 95620 at 10:30 am on Tuesday August 13th 2024 for a graveside service with Air Force Honors.
