Mollie Crabtree August 21, 1933 - July 29, 2024 Mrs. Mollie Dean Crabtree, 90 of Berea, passed from this life on Monday, July 29, 2024 at her home. She was born in Oklahoma City, OK on August 21, 1933 the daughter of Homer and Gertie Ryals Brinlee. She was a retired real estate office manager and a member of Gethsemane Baptist Church of Berea. She was an avid photographer and enjoyed crocheting and knitting. She leaves her husband of 71 years, Charles Frank Crabtree; her children: Charles David and Marilyn Crabtree of Mt. Vernon, Michael Allen Crabtree of Asheville, NC, Patrick Dean and Kelli Crabtree of Claremore, OK, Cathy Lynn and Donnie Mashburn of Marion, KS, and Lisa and Patrick Callahan of Corbin. Also surviving are 36 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Paul Crabtree; and a brother, Donald Brinlee. The family of Mrs. Crabtree chose cremation and will hold memorial services at a later date.
