The Fairbury Journal-Dec. 17, 1925 Virginia Ethel Townsend was born Nov. 20, 1925, at Thompson, Nebr., and passed away Dec 10, 1925, after a very brief illness. Besides her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Townsend, she leaves two sisters, Ruby and Irene, and other relatives. Funeral services were held at the home, Friday afternoon, Dec. 11. Intrement (sic) made in the Fairbury cemetery.
