Bio
Wanda Francis Coker, age 88, a lifelong resident of Belén, NM, went to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on, July 18, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. Wanda was born on February 24, 1936, in Bisbee, Arizona. Wanda was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. Wanda enjoyed her family and her dogs. Wanda was preceded in death by her parents, Marvin Marshall Wright and Lessie Naome Wright, her husband, Donald Marcus Coker, her sibling, Olie Wright, her grandson, David Marshall Coker and son-in-law, Ross Herbert Campbell. Wanda is survived by her brothers, Charles O. Wright, Marvin Leslie Wright and his wife, Beverly, Jerry William Wright and his wife, Marlene and David Wayne Wright and his wife, Adelle, daughter, Dona Louise Topmiller and her husband, Vic and sons, Glen Mark Coker and his wife, Susan, Scott Wayne Coker, William Dale Coker, Marshall Wayne Coker and his wife, Beverly, Mickey Lenn Coker and his wife, Terressa and Rickey Glen Coker and his wife, Dianna. Wanda is also survived by her grandchildren, Shawn Alexander Campbell, Christopher Michael Campbell, Matthew Alan Campbell, Greg Allen Coker, Jason Lee Coker, Marcus Conrad Coker, Sharon Louise Coker, Brian Dale Coker, Mellisa Rae Coker, Ronald William Coker, Zachary James Coker, Megan Mickenzie (Coker) Killian, Jonathan Alexander Coker, Clinton Erick Coker, Jesse Teressa Pedersen and Brandon Boggs. Wanda was also blessed with many great-grandchildren. Services for Wanda will be held on Friday, July 26, 2024 at Noblin Funeral Service Belén Chapel. A visitation will take place at 10:30 a.m., followed by a memorial service at 11:00 a.m. Wanda will then be placed to rest at Terrace Grove Cemetery, Belén, NM immediately following services.
