Nancy Jean Chapman, September 14, 1955 - July 16, 2024 of Stephenville - Graveside services for Nancy Jean Chapman will be held at 11:00 am, Friday, July 19th, at Hico Cemetery in Hico. Visitation will be held prior to the graveside service at 10:00 am at Harvest Hills Funeral Home in Hico. Nancy was born in Dallas, Texas, to Orva Mack and Betty Kirkland Menzdorf. She fiercely loved her people, her family, her horses, her puppies but most importantly her Lord! Mrs. Chapman is survived by her husband of 46 years, Richard Chapman; sons Alan Sollien (Sissy), Richard Chapman, Jr., and Ryan Chapman; daughter Kari Chapman; grandchildren Remington, Carlie Rose, Abbie, Ryan and Jake; several great grandchildren; brothers Eddy Menzdorf (Carolyn), Jerry Menzdorf (Tawnya); sister-in-law Mildred Moore (Ray); niece Erin Babineaux and nephew Kolby Menzdorf; and great niece Kaitlyn Babineaux.
