Benny E." Ben" Bradley, 76, died May 26, 2008 at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne. Born in Norton, VA, he was a 1949 graduate of Poling High School in Jay County, IN and received an Associate Degree from International Business College. He was a Purchasing Agent with Midwestern United Life Insurance Co. retiring after 28 years of service in1988. In 1995 he retired as an auctioneer at Triple A. Auction with 15 years of service. He also performed small engine repair. Ben was a Corporal in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a 40 year member of Aldersgate United Methodist Church where he sat on several committees and sang in the choir. He was also a member of the Indiana Auctioneer Association. Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Leta "Lee" Bradley of Fort Wayne; sons, Chad L. (Garna) Bradley of Columbia City, Scott L. Bradley of Sebring, FL; grandchildren, Gretchen (Troy) Moon of Fort Wayne, Justyn (Beth) Bradley of Jupiter, FL; great-grandchildren, Teagen & Vaughn; sisters, Louise Call of Anderson, IN, Jeanette Shauver of Portland, IN; and several nieces and nephews. Service: Aldersgate United Methodist Church Visitaion: D.O. McComb & Sons Covington Knolls Funeral Home, Burial: Greenlawn Memorial Park with Military Graveside Service.
