Bio
Ernest James "Pete" Parma, 84, of Cuero passed away Monday, June 24, 2024 after a short battle with cancer. He was born December 30, 1939 in Cuero to Benjamin "Ben" John Sr. and Emelia Zielonka Parma. He was a farmer and rancher his whole life. In his free time, he enjoyed roping, hunting and fishing. He is survived by his daughter, Denise and son, Michael Parma; sisters, Ellen Stary and Linda Jacob; brothers, Ben Parma Jr. and Larry Parma and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughter, Carolyn Parma and two brothers, Jerry Parma and Alvin Parma. A special thanks to Dr. Jennifer Gonzales and the Cuero Regional Hospital nurses and Hospice of South Texas. Graveside services will be held Thursday, July 11, 2024 10:00 AM at Hillside Cemetery with Deacon Leo Sharron officiating.
