Bio
Joseph Edward Fitzpatrick passed away May 27, 2008, after a short illness. Visitation will be 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, at Waco Memorial Funeral Home. Graveside services will be 10 a.m. Thursday, May 29, at Waco Memorial Park with the Rev. Michael Patterson officiating. Joseph was born to Joseph E. and Eliza (Reeves) Fitzpatrick. He served in the U.S. Army in the European Theater of Operations with the 301st Combat Engineers. He retired from General Tire and worked at Minit Stop in Lorena after retirement. He was preceded in death by his wife, Marjorie K. Fitzpatrick on Dec. 29, 2003. He is survived by his son, Bobby Joe Fitzpatrick; grandchildren, Devin Ray Fitzpatrick and his wife, Dewana, and Sebrina Aguirre and her husband, Jerry; great-grandchildren, Devin Ray Fitzpatrick, Jr., of McGregor, Holly Aguirre and Jonathan Aguirre, of Lorena.
