Bio

Leelynn Harvey Holden, 90, of Clinton, Oklahoma was born on October 3, 1933 in Granite, Oklahoma. He is the son of Frank and Georgia Mae (Dudek) Holden . He went to be with our Lord on Monday, April 22, 2024, at the Clinton Veterans Center, Clinton, Oklahoma. Harvey married his best friend, Shirley Anne Reeves on August 12, 1960 in Cordell, Oklahoma . They spent sixty years of marriage together. To this union two children were born. She preceded him in death on April 7, 2021. Harvey attended and graduated from Brinkman High School, Brinkman, Oklahoma. He served his country in the United States Army and the Army Reserve from 1953 to 1961. He was a Cargo Helicopter Mechanic. Harvey then farmed for a good part of his life and was also a welding supply driver. He loved spending time with his family, grandchildren, and friends. Harvey and will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.    Harvey is preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Anne (Reeves) Holden; his parents, Frank and Georgia Mae (Dudek) Holden; one brother, Galynn Holden; and one sister, DeAnna Paty.
