Bio
Bobby R. Barron (January 3, 1935 - August 16, 2012) Bobby Rue Barron, 77, of Taylor, Texas, passed away Thursday, August 16, 2012. He was born January 3, 1935 to Denma Doye and Velma (Irwin) Barron. On June 8, 1957 he married Annie Knapek. Bobby was a mechanic and worked at Schlitze Pontiac, Taylor Motor Company, and 26 years with the Texas Department of Transportation. He loved gardening and enjoyed the bountiful harvest. Bobby is survived by his wife of 55 years; son, Mark Barron of Taylor; grandchildren, Codi, Colton, and Catie Barron; and great-grandchildren, Cashiana Noack and Lawson Culbertson. Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 P.M., Saturday, August 18, 2012, at Providence Funeral Home. Rosary will be recited at 7:00 P.M. Celebration of Life Mass will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, August 19, 2012 at St. Mary's Catholic Church. Burial to follow at the St. Mary's Catholic Church Cemetery.
