Gloria Webb Richardson was born August 19, 1944, in Henderson to the late Thomas Wiley and Mary Dean Bechtold Webb. Gloria was a homemaker and a member of Bar None Cowboy Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband of 44 years Jimmy Richardson, and sister Carolyn Ashby.
