Bio

Mary Ann Innocenti, 93, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024 in Victoria, Texas. She was born September 2, 1930, in Victoria, Texas to the late Alphonse and Christine (Parma) Olsovsky. She was co-owner of Ideal Aluminum Siding and Roofing Company, Inc. and was married to the love of her life, Ernest Innocenti, for 61 years until his death on December 26, 2011. She was a very active member of St. Mary's Catholic Church, serving as a Eucharistic minister, as a member of the altar society, and on St. Mary's Parish Council. She completed the Pastoral Institute together with her great-niece, Denise Bednorz, through the Diocese of Victoria. She was also president of the Mother's Club of St. Joseph's High School, where all her children attended. She is survived by her sons, Charles Innocenti and wife, Cheryl of Canyon Lake, Richard Innocenti and wife, Carla of Victoria, Debra (Innocenti) Placette and husband, Darron Drue Placette of San Antonio; sister, Veronika Mikula; ten grandchildren, Matthew Innocenti, Amy Innocenti Erdelt, Julie Innocenti, Bradley Innocenti, Sayrah Ayn Innocenti McDuff, Korey Schroeder, Payten Placette, Sean Placette, Liam Placette, and Ella Placette; and seven great-grandchildren, David James Innocenti, Karsyn Makena Erdelt, Kennedy Marie Erdelt, Sadie Marie Innocenti, Alexis Marie Innocenti, Thomas Kayden McDuff, and Riley Jayden McDuff. She is predeceased by her brothers Ben Olsvosky and wife Doris, E.F. ("Al") and wife Valerie, Frank Olsovsky and wife Alice; and brother-in-law, Alfred Lewis Mikula. Visitation will held 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, March 6, 2024 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 402 S. Main, Victoria, Texas, followed by a rosary at 9:30 to 10 a.m., and the Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery mausoleum at the corner of Laurent and Mockingbird. Pallbearers will be Bradley Innocenti, Matthew Innocenti, Wayne Innocenti, Dustin Bednorz, Randall McDuff, and David Erdelt, and honorary pallbearers will be Sean Placette, Doug Strnadel, and James Bednorz. Donations in memory of Mary Ann Innocenti can be made to Crown Hospice (http://www.crownhospice.com/donate" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"www.crownhospice.com/donate (http://www.crownhospice.com/donate)), whose Megan Cisneros provided such good care to Mary, and to St. Mary's Catholic Church Building Fund.
