Bio

Tracy B. Mullen, 62, of Grand Island, passed away on February 21,2024 at CHI- Health St Francis. A celebration will be held on Tracy's birthday, March 1st at the Peacock Lounge starting at 3 pm. Tracy was born on March 1, 1961 in Crest View, FL to James G and Eva (Larvin) Mullen. The family settled in Grand Island when Tracy was 10. He is a 1979 graduate of Northwest High School. He then went on to work for Lacey Construction until he started his own construction company. He owned his business until his retirement in 2021 due to health reasons. In his spare time, Tracy enjoyed fishing, hunting, driving his truck in the river, and just generally being outdoors. Those left to cherish his memory include his special friend, Trudy Todd; and sister, Laurie Amsberry: a niece and nephew; aunts, cousins, and many extended family and friends. Tracy was preceded in death by his parents and grandparents.
