Services for Florence Ann Chernohorsky, 82, of Rosenberg, TX, are set for Wednesday, February 21, 2024. Visitation will be 9:00 - 9:30 AM Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 839 Church Street, East Bernard, TX 77435. A rosary will begin at 9:30 AM Wednesday at the church, preceding the funeral mass. The mass will begin at 10:00 AM Wednesday, with Father Charles Otsiwah officiating. The graveside service will immediately follow at the East Bernard Catholic Cemetery, 98 Wallace Street, East Bernard, TX 77435. Florence was born July 25, 1941 in East Bernard, TX to Joe Chernohorsky and Stella Sulak. She died February 17, 2024 in Richmond, TX. Florence was preceded in death by her parents, and by her brother, Daniel Chernohorsky. Survivors include her sister, Annette Birdwell and husband, Jeff; sister-in-law, Rosalie Chernohorsky; nephews, Bobby Schramme and wife, Luana, Wayne Schramme and wife, Felita, and Charlie Chernohorsky; niece, Sarah Chernohorsky; great-nieces, Mallory Wheeler and husband, Tuck, Megan James and husband, Devin, and Brandi Albert and husband, Houston; great-nephew, Hunter Schramme and partner Jason Banwick; and 7 great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Memorials may be given in her name to Holy Cross Catholic Church, East Bernard, TX, or to the East Bernard Catholic Church Cemetery.
