Bio
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Patsy Ruth Ragsdale on February 3, 2024 in Denison, TX. She was born on January 16, 1938 in Farmersville to Coonie and Dorthy Sims. Patsy was married to Bufford Ragsdale on July 4, 1952. She enjoyed gardening, garage sales, canning, and target shooting with her oldest grandsons and great-grandsons. She is survived by her children Donald Ragsdale and wife Sandra of Trenton, Jeffery Ragsdale and wife Mary of Wylie, Nancy Vollweiler and husband Kevin of Van Alstyne, Debbie McDaniel and husband Randy of Gordonville, Gerald Ragsdale of Tom Bean, many grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Bufford D. Ragsdale. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM Friday, February 9, 2024 at Cottage Hill Cemetery in Celina, TX, with Jay Smith, Jeremy Ragsdale, Nathan Ragsdale, Austin Ragsdale, Seth Chambers and Cody Ragsdale, serving as pallbearers.
