Bio
Rowena Elizabeth Weems, aged 92, passed away February 5, 2024. She was born January 26, 1932, in Plano, Texas to Mozelle and Charley Graves. She married George Allen Weems October 6, 1950, who proceeded her in death in 2001. Rowena loved to stay busy outside. She learned to water ski in her forties, loved to fish and hunt, and kept a large vegetable garden until her death. Rowena is survived by her sister, Eileen Moser, he two daughters and their husbands, Liz and Gary Ohlig and Trish and Ricky English, plus 4 grandchildren, Justin Penny, Brian English, Kevin English, and Matt English: 2 great-grandchildren, Amelia English and Kyle English. Services are Friday, February 9 at 10:00 am at Restland's Wildwood Chapel with visitation Thursday February 8 from 5:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
