Mother of Burnet Ripon Milligan Jr. and Connie Sue Milligan Park ∼ Florence was born in Austin County, Texas to Frank J. and Louise (nee Pavlicek) Absnaider. This family was a charter member of St. Theresa Catholic Church, and Florence attended elementary school there. She married (1) Charles Condrey and (2) Herman J. Jansen.
