Was born as the first Twin to David & Lizzie Tilley on 14 Feb 1920 and lived until 23 Feb 1920. His Twin Sister lived until 24 Feb 1920. Death Certificate show they were both buried on 25 Feb 1920 in the West Dallas Cemetery.
